Best answer
Let A=Student will pass examination B = Student will getting compartment P(A)=0.73 and P(AorB)=0.96 and P(B)=0.13 ∴ P(AorB)=P(A)+P(B)=0.73+0.13=0.86 But P(AorB)=0.96 Hence, it is false statement.
