∵ P ( e 1 ) + P ( e 2 ) + P ( e 3 ) + P ( e 4 ) = 1 ∵ ⇒ 0.1 + 0.5 + 0.1 + P ( e 4 ) = 1 ⇒ ⇒ 0.7 + P ( e 4 ) = 1 ⇒ ∴ P ( e 4 ) = 0.3 ∴
