Correct Answer - Option 4 : No attention, praise, reproof The correct sequence of the motivational procedures from least to highest is as follows: No attention- When there is no attention to the unsatisfied needs and wants of an individual, it is said to be least effective in a motivational process. To begin with a motivational process, it is essential that the needs are understood and then steps are taken to fulfill them Praise- The next order is praise. When the individual is at the stage of praise, it is said that the individual's needs are being looked into. This makes it possible to identify the ways and processes that can be taken to attend to the need. This is the next in order of being important in motivational procedure. Reproof- Reproof works as an incentive for every organization. It can work in both positive as well as negative manner. Reproof works as a push and helps in motivating the employees to achieve what they have been ordered. In case, it is not achieved then certain negative things are kept in store for them. So individuals in order to stay away from the blame part, stay motivated to do the work. Hence, the correct order of motivational procedure from least to highest ineffectiveness is No attention, praise, reproof.
