Possible event when a die is thrown: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ∴ n(S) = 6 (i) Probability of getting a Prime number : 2, 3, 5 ∴ n(A) = 3 (ii) A number lying between 2 and 6 : 3, 4, 5 ∴ n(B) = 3
