Best answer
We are presenting a table for x and `x^(2)`. Clearly, x can take any one of the five values. `therefore` Total number of cases = 5 `"Now, "x^(2)lt2 "when x = -1 or 0 or 1"` `therefore` Favourable cases = 3 ltbr. `therefore" Required probability "=("Number of favourable cases")/("Total number of cases")=(3)/(5)`
