Right option is (c) 0.38 The best I can explain: The reflection coefficient in terms of intrinsic impedances is given by R = η2 – η1/η2 + η1. On substituting for η1 = 4 and η2 = 9, we get R = 9 – 4/9 + 4 = 5/13 = 0.38.
