The correct answer is (a) -2.92 The best explanation: Short circuiting 10V source, open circuiting 2A source, The voltage at node A is (V-20)/7+V/20+V/10=0 => V = 9.76V. Now the voltage across 2Ω resistor is (V-20)/7×2=-2.92V.
