Correct answer is (c) 7/5 For explanation I would say: The transmission parameter D is -I1/I2 |V2=0. This is obtained by short circuiting the port 2. We get I1 = (7/17)V1 and -I2 = (5/17)V1. On solving, we get -I1/I2 = 7/5. On substituting we get D = 7/5.
