(i) India and Pakistan have totally different world views. (ii) In line with the Indian world view, India opposed the military alliances of the Cold War and tried to solve the Indo-Pak conflict bilaterally. (iii) On the other hand, Pakistan tried to maintain relations with the Islamic world and China entered into a military agreement with America.
