The Constitution of India does not describe the word ‘Minority’ and only guides minorities that are ‘based on religion or language’
The Constitution spells release the privileges of the minorities. ‘Common Domain’ and ‘Separate Domain’ of ownership of minorities provided in the Constitution
‘Common domain’ rights are those which use by all the inhabitants of our country.
‘Separate domain’ privileges exist those which use to the minorities only and these are committed to defending their individuality.
The Preamble to the Constitution states the State to be ‘Secular’ and this exists a particular relevance for the Religious Minorities.
Equally suitable for them, particularly, exists the declaration of the Constitution in its Preamble that all citizens of India are to be confirmed ‘liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worshiping and ‘equivalency of quality and of possibility.
