After electricity is produced at a power plant, it is delivered to a substation via a power grid of high-voltage transmission lines. Here, the voltage is reduced and the electricity travels to your home through overhead or underground distribution lines. Although these are just some of the many questions someone may ask about electricity, they are all great things to know and review. Think Energy believes in continuously educating its customers in energy subjects no matter how basic or complex they may be.
